Pressure Die-Castings
For the high volume user, we supply castings in both Zinc and Aluminium alloys. Cast weights are from 10gms to 5kgs, employing machines with locking capacities up to 700 tonnes. Castings can be supplied as cast or machined.

Gravity
Die-Castings
For
medium volume production, we use a number of foundries
who produce castings in both Zinc and Aluminium alloys.
Typically, weights vary from 0.01kgs to 20kgs, however,
larger castings can be sourced.

High
Volume Iron & Steel Castings
Most grades of Iron, including Malleable and SG are purchased from a number of foundries using various processes including Disa, conventional moulding and shell moulding.
Typical casting weights for Disa are 0.2kgs to 37kgs, conventional moulding 0.2kgs to +80kgs and shell moulding 0.1kgs to 25kgs.
For Steel we have a number of foundries employing various moulding techniques for every application.

Low
& Medium Volume Iron & Steel Castings
We
have located a number of foundries capable of producing
a wide range of castings in Iron, SG and Steel to suit
most industrial applications. Quantity, size, grade
and weight are not a problem.

Investment
Castings
Using
this very accurate production method, castings can be
produced in a variety of materials. Aluminium &
Copper base alloys, Steel, Stainless Steel, Iron plus
other exotic alloys can be supplied.

| Aluminium
& Copper Base Alloys
We
use a number of foundries which specialise in the manufacture
of castings from general engineering to complex cored
valves etc. Employing green sand, air-set and shell
moulding. Typical casting weights are 0.05kgs to 150kgs,
however, we are able to source castings up to : Aluminium
1 tonne & Copper base 5 Tonnes.

Forgings
& Stampings
There are a number of companies at our disposal, producing
a comprehensive range of components. Materials include
Steel, Stainless Steel and Non-ferrous.

Finishing
We
are able to supply components partially or fully machined
by using companies who employ the latest equipment.
We can
also apply any type of surface finish required.

Tooling
We use a number of toolmakers that specialise in the various
types of equipment. Tooling can be manufactured from drawings
or 3D electronic models at very competitive prices. |

Certification
As
we generally use companies who are ISO9002 registered,
we can arrange for tests and certification to individual
requirements. After new tooling has been made, we supply
initial inspection reports to ensure castings conform
to drawings.
